It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information more broadly.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, such as whether you accepted this banner, and they help site owners understand how the site is being used.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels. When we say “cookies” on this page, we mean all of them.

How we use them

We use as few as we can get away with. Some are needed for the site to work at all. The rest only run if you say yes.

You do not have to accept anything beyond the essential cookies, and the site will work perfectly well if you decline the others.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary. These keep the site secure and working. They cannot be switched off, and they do not need your consent.

• Consent preference cookies, set by CookieYes: remember the choices you made in the cookie banner. Stored for 12 months.
• WordPress session and security cookies: only set if you log in to the site.
• Hosting and caching cookies from SiteGround: help serve pages quickly and protect the site.
• Gravity Forms cookies: prevent duplicate submissions and protect forms from spam.

Analytics. These tell us which pages people read, how they found us and where they drop off, so we can make the site better. They only run with your consent.

• Google Analytics 4, using cookies beginning _ga. These record a randomly generated ID rather than your name, and we have IP anonymization switched on. Stored for up to 24 months.

Functional. These make specific features work.

• Calendly: sets cookies when you open the booking window, so it can hold your booking details across the steps.

Marketing. These measure whether our advertising is working and let us show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. They only run with your consent.

• Google Ads remarketing, using cookies beginning _gcl: measures conversions from our ads and builds remarketing audiences. Stored for up to 90 days.
• Meta Pixel, using the _fbp cookie: measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and supports retargeting. Stored for 90 days.

Managing your choices

When you first visit, you will see a banner asking what you are happy with. You can accept everything, reject everything except the essentials, or choose category by category.

You can change your choices at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer, which reopens the banner.

You can also control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking them entirely or deleting the ones already stored. Blocking all cookies will break parts of most websites, including ours. The help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all explain how.

To opt out of Google Analytics across every website, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers vary in how they signal your preferences and there is still no single standard. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one, and treat it as an instruction to reject non essential cookies.

Changes to this policy

We review this page whenever we add or remove a tool. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
