This policy explains what we do with personal information when you visit our website, enquire about a project, book a call or work with us.
We have written it the way we would explain it to you in person. If you want more detail on anything here, just ask.
Revo Agency is the trading name of REVO LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, USA, under Colorado Secretary of State ID 20261576984. Our registered address is 2020 N Academy Blvd, Ste 261 #4735, Colorado Springs, CO 80909, United States.
For the information described in this policy, we are the data controller. That means we decide what is collected and why.
You can reach us about anything privacy related at hi@revo-denver.com.
Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form, use our website audit tool, book a call through Calendly, subscribe to updates or email us, we collect the details you provide. Usually that is your name, email address, phone number, company name, website address and whatever you tell us about your project or budget.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location based on IP, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site or search that sent you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains that in more detail.
Information from working together. If you become a client, we hold the information needed to run the project and the account: contact details for your team, billing details, project files and correspondence.
Information from other sources. We occasionally use publicly available sources such as LinkedIn or a company website to understand a business before a call. Nothing more than would be visible to anyone.
We do not deliberately collect special category data such as health or political opinions, and we would ask you not to send it to us.

If you have asked to hear from us, or you are a client, we may send occasional emails about our work, insights or services. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it straight away. We do not pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
We share personal information only with suppliers who help us run the business, and only what they need. Each of them is bound to keep it secure and to use it only on our instructions.
That currently includes:
We may also share information with our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, or with authorities where the law requires it. If the business were ever sold, information would transfer to the buyer.
We do not sell personal information. The advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy only run with your consent, and you can switch them off at any time.
We are a US company, and personal information is stored in the United States by us and the suppliers listed above. Some of those suppliers may process information in other countries; where they do, their agreements with us require them to protect it to the same standard.
We use encrypted connections across the website, access controls and two factor authentication on our tools, managed hosting with security monitoring, and regular backups. Only the people who need access to your information have it.
No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever went wrong we would tell you promptly and tell the regulator where we are required to.
If you are in Colorado or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to:
We do not sell personal data. The advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy count as targeted advertising in some states, and you can switch them off at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt out.
To use any of these rights, email us at hi@revo-denver.com. We will reply within one month, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. If we refuse a request you may appeal, and we will explain how at the time.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.
If you are in Colorado you can also contact the Colorado Attorney General, and other states’ attorneys general handle complaints under their own privacy laws.
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Our site links to other websites, including client sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies before sharing anything with them.
When we build or maintain a website for a client, we sometimes have access to personal information belonging to that client’s customers. In that situation we are the processor and our client is the controller. We only handle that information on their instructions, and their own privacy policy governs how it is used.
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will make sure you know about it.
