Kallikor is a supply chain network design platform that helps operations and logistics leaders test strategic decisions before capital, contracts, or credibility are locked in. Trusted by brands including Morrisons, Primark, Nisbets, and Baringa, and recognised by Gartner, Kallikor sits at the intersection of AI, simulation, and enterprise decision-making.
The core objective was to give Kallikor a website that matched the ambition of the platform itself. The new site needed to:
We started with the buyer, not the brief. Kallikor’s audience makes decisions worth millions of pounds. The site needed to earn that trust fast, answer the right questions in the right order, and make booking a demo feel like the logical next step rather than a leap of faith.
We restructured the information architecture around the buyer journey, separating awareness content, product detail, and social proof into clear, navigable layers. The homepage leads with a provocation rather than a description, using Kallikor’s own positioning to qualify visitors before they scroll. Proof points, client logos, and Gartner recognition are placed where scepticism tends to surface.
The build was done on WordPress with ACF and Tailwind CSS, giving the Kallikor team full editorial control across every page without any dependency on development resource for routine updates.
The visual direction was shaped by Kallikor’s brand language: confident, precise, and slightly confrontational in the best possible way. The dark hero palette with high-contrast typography and structured orange accents communicates authority without feeling cold. Every design decision was made to support the messaging rather than compete with it. The site needed to feel like it belonged in the same room as the Gartner report that references it.
The site was built on WordPress with ACF and Tailwind CSS, structured for long-term flexibility:
The new site launched with immediate, measurable impact across the metrics that matter most for a B2B platform at Kallikor’s stage.
